However, Chuck Har Purchasing a car at West Herr Surbaru was a most enjoyable experience (and I hate buying cars...most dealers hassle you to death). However, Chuck Hardy, the dealer manager, my salesman, Mike DeCarlo and his assistant, Amber Trost, could not have been more professional and friendly to deal with. First they helped me find just the right car for my needs (a Subarbu Outback Limited) and then the price negotiations were fair and easy. When I picked up the car Mike, despite it being a very busy Saturday, spent more than an hour showing me how all of the systems worked. I would absolutely recommend this dealer if you're in the market for a car. More
