Worst dealer In Buffalo area We almost leased a car here, they required a $4500 deposit up front. Then Northtown Subaru beat their price by $3000. Now West Herr business manager " We almost leased a car here, they required a $4500 deposit up front. Then Northtown Subaru beat their price by $3000. Now West Herr business manager "chuck" has not issued our $4500 credit after 3 weeks. It literally takes 1 minute to issue a credit. These people are not your friends , and could care less about the customer. This dealer just wants your money. Do yourself a favor and shop at several dealers , you WILL find a better price. Best advice , if you do decide to purchase from them don't give them a penny until you actually pick up the vehicle as they have no honor, especially "chuck". I will post this on every dealer review website I can find . In addition I will report this to attorney general if I have no refund within 5 days, More

Shady dealer that lets people test drive already sold cars I have made several trips to West Herr Subaru over the last several years for service and to look at new or used vehicles. I have made several attemp I have made several trips to West Herr Subaru over the last several years for service and to look at new or used vehicles. I have made several attempts to purchase a vehicle from them, but the experiences have always been horrible and left me walking away from the purchase. On multiple occasions a salesperson refused to assist and I left after waiting over 30 minutes. On my most recent visit, I scheduled an appointment to test drive a specific new vehicle. Upon arrival I once again had to wait longer than usual just to meet with the salesman. We went on a test drive and returned with intentions to purchase it only to find out that they had sold the vehicle while we were driving to the dealership and they let us drive it anyway. A dealer that has such low regard for their customer's vehicles and sold vehicles that they let other potential customers drive someone else's car is a dealer that should no longer be in business!!! Buyers beware! More

Couldn't get close to NorthTown Subaru 's Price I knew I wanted the 2016 Subaru Impreza and there are two dealerships in WNY, North Town and West Herr. I went to NorthTown 1st and then West Herr. The West Herr quote was over $100 higher at West Herr even without an extended warranty and roadside assistance that NorthTown was giving me. I told them exactly what North Town offered me and they claimed that North Town would try and screw me by raising the price in the end. That didn't happen and I'm driving my beautiful car, happy as can be because of Northtown Subaru More
