Went to a couple of dealerships before this one but they all left a bad taste in my mouth. It was to the point where I considered just keeping my rinky dink car that I was driving since college. Luckily, I never had that feeling at West Herr and the whole experience was made easy thanks to my consultant Lindsay Romanchuk. I must have changed my mind about 20 different things during the buying process but Lindsey was accommodating and just rolled with it. She'll work hard to get you the car you want, the way you want it so that in the end you'll drive away happy with your new car without any second guesses. Great service! More

We recentley purchased a new sorento from Tom Demarzio. We came in "just to look" and ended up walking out with everything all set to pick up our new car in 2 days. I had done some research because I needed to stay within a "tight budget". I started online with Pam who was more than helpful and upbeat. She introduced my to Jon Clark. Jon is one of the most personable "salesmen" I've ever met!! I say "salesmen" because Jon does not fit that typical car salesmen persona! He was knowledgeable and if he didn't have an answer, he quickly obtained it. Admittedly, he didn't have to hard sell me on this car because I was sold before I walked in. But, I don't know what I don't know. He educated me fully. I then met Tracey Duffy in finance and she was so sweet. Again, personable and down to earth. She had shown me all aspects of my contract I could have had questions on. On pick up day, I met Jon's assistant, Rachel. This girl is on the ball! Yet again, friendly and knows how to make customer's at ease. There were some questions regarding my contract and GM Tony Farina introduced himself to me to go over some final details. I ended up adding additional coverage just from talking with him. At this moment, I couldn't be happier. The car is divine. Even though I live in Tonawanda and the dealership is in Orchard Park, I will definitely return for any future needs. More
