Whether it was my first Subaru purchase in February 2025 or my recent service visit for a tire issue, my experiences with West Herr have been positive. During my recent visit, I brought my vehicle in because a tire I had previously patched developed a slow leak and ultimately needed to be replaced. The service representative, who I believe was Lexus, was incredibly helpful. She explained that my tire was covered under warranty, walked me through my options, and made the entire process feel comfortable rather than making me feel like I was being sold something. I initially anticipated needing two new tires, but with the warranty coverage and the buy three get the fourth free, I was able to replace all four tires at a much better value than I expected. I really appreciated the transparency, professionalism, and customer service throughout the process. Alexis and the service team made what could have been a frustrating situation into a genuinely positive experience. Thank you to everyone involved! More
