They really go above and beyond at West Herr Subaru to make sure you're getting taken care of and that you're getting a good deal on a car. I went in at noon on a Saturday and walked away around 5pm with make sure you're getting taken care of and that you're getting a good deal on a car. I went in at noon on a Saturday and walked away around 5pm with a brand-new car and a lower payment. Yes, 5 hours seems like a bit of a long time to wait but we got lunch in-between courtesy of West Herr so really it was more like 3 and a half. Even then, that's still a short time for the car buying process! Not to mention the salesman we worked with, Paul Naum, was able to handle all this AND a second client at the same time and still made us feel like we were just as much a priority as his other customer. All and all I've gotten 4 Subarus from West Herr and unless the place burns to the ground it's where I'll be getting my 5th, 6th, 7th, and so on! More
