It's been a year since I visited West Herr Subaru's service dept. The structural changes, as I approached them, were more than practical, they were intelligent. The desks were enclosed, away from the e service dept. The structural changes, as I approached them, were more than practical, they were intelligent. The desks were enclosed, away from the entery deck, which was widened to 2 lanes to get more customers under cover, and prepared for the services needed. But more than structure, the best improvement was service rep Alison Dent. This was my 1st occasion to be waited on by this tech savy employee. She knew my reasons for service, answered my questions, and after the garage "wrenches" had worked on my vehicle, she explained the process they had employed in their work to me. I am a knowledable old guy, but was impressed by her ease of explanation, and customer thoughtfulness, covering things that were a necessity to be done had I known they were needed. She , and the garage techs, are what make this dealership a smart place to get serviced. More
