West Herr Subaru's people have been a pleasure to work with from the first time I walked in just looking for a car, to buying my brand new Imprezza, to yesterday, when I brought my car in for its first o with from the first time I walked in just looking for a car, to buying my brand new Imprezza, to yesterday, when I brought my car in for its first oil change (first oil change was on West Herr). Marshall did a great job selling me the car. We took an Impreza out for a test drive. Marshall took me through its paces. I was sold on the Impreza. There were none available so Marshall and I ordered a new car, built to my specifications. When there was an unexpected delay for delivery of the new car, West Her made sure I had something to drive. They were beyond accommodating. When I brought my car in for its 1st oil change and tire rotation, Frank, the service manager, took care of a concern and had me in and out of there in 1/2 the time predicted.
