West Herr Subaru Service is always very responsive and accommodating to its customers. I had a great experience, and Nicole was especially helpful when I drove into the quick lane area with 2 tire issues accommodating to its customers. She kept Me informed and truthfully let me know that the car would not be finished before closing. I heard from Nicole first thing the next morning when the car was finished.
