Decent experience verbal agreement had stipulated a Friends & Family discount but final settlement did not include the discount and when vehicle was received rear seatback protector & body side molding Friends & Family discount but final settlement did not include the discount and when vehicle was received rear seatback protector & body side molding was not included. I didn’t realize these 2 items were not on vehicle until next day! I was not charged for them & mistakenly thought the $465 price difference was the promised Friends & Family discount! This realization dampened my experience a bit. More
