While we had a good experience BUYING the car, the calls and emails and mail NEVER STOPS! We have requested multiple times that they remove us from their mailing list. My mother did not want to sell the c and emails and mail NEVER STOPS! We have requested multiple times that they remove us from their mailing list. My mother did not want to sell the car back nor did she want to buy another. We have requested over the phone, over email and by physical letters for the sales offers, purchase offers and just general junk mail to STOP. When they called three days after my mother's death I told them she couldn't talk to them as she was dead and they actually asked if I wanted to sell her car! She's been gone six months now. The mail keeps coming. I will NEVER buy another car from them. The complete lack of respect is disgusting! More
