While West Herr did not provide a quote up front, when I stopped in,, they were willing to negotiate and meet the price quotes I had received. The purchase process was smooth, sales folks were all very helpful. There were no “mystery” or excessive charges, licensing was at cost and totally painless. i would suggest that prospective buyers do their homework thiugh! I found that at most dealerships, I knew more about the car than the salesperson. However, WH folks were all well informed but many details about the vehicle were glazed over or missed explanation at the point of sale. However, West Herr sent a technician out to meet me and went over every detail of the vehicle and took the time to answer all my questions!! This service is GREAT! Elimates so many concerns and questions! It’s great to know the dealer will do a little follow up to be sure customers are satisfied!! More
