After reading on line reviews, I was concerned I’d receive the same run around. I am pleased to say, I did not and Derek requested my video and the technician inspected my vehicle. Although, the part is on backup, I feel confident West Herr will repair the moonroof better than new. If anyone is having the same issue, go to another Toyota dealership. More

We crunched numbers right up until close that night and made it fit into my budget. I ended up taking it home the very next day after my test drive! Mike was super communicative and helped me get everything in order throughout a hectic pre-holiday workday, which ultimately resulted in the smoothest auto purchase experience I’ve ever had.
