My husband and I had such a great experience working with Paul. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and interests. I got all pads put on front and back . That did it in 45 minutes! Amazing! They had extra guys because it was slow being winter time or just slow . I was still charged $340 for labor . . I understand that there is a rate for a brake job with one guy but they could give me a break on labor if there was 3 guys doing it . Thanks Mike Mahoney More

The lack of professionalism toward a younger woman who was clearly prepared to buy was unacceptable. I recommend going to Bob Johnson Rochester Toyota instead. The Josh Allen ads don’t excuse poor customer treatment. More
