My husband and I had such a great experience working with Paul. He was incredibly attentive to our needs and interests. I got all pads put on front and back . That did it in 45 minutes! Amazing! They had extra guys because it was slow being winter time or just slow . The lack of professionalism toward a younger woman who was clearly prepared to buy was unacceptable. I recommend going to Bob Johnson Rochester Toyota instead. The Josh Allen ads don’t excuse poor customer treatment. More
