I got all pads put on front and back . That did it in 45 minutes! Amazing! They had extra guys because it was slow being winter time or just slow . I was still charged $340 for labor . . I understand that there is a rate for a brake job with one guy but they could give me a break on labor if there was 3 guys doing it . Thanks Mike Mahoney More

The lack of professionalism toward a younger woman who was clearly prepared to buy was unacceptable. I recommend going to Bob Johnson Rochester Toyota instead. The Josh Allen ads don’t excuse poor customer treatment. More

Tom and Mimi brought paperwork and the new car to my house. Mimi very methodically walked me through the various signature pages explaining what was significant about it and digitally got my contract si house. She also connected my wife’s and my cell phones to the Toyota app and demonstrated the various features. Excellent professional ! Tom walked both my wife and I separately through all the buttons, knobs, dials etc to familiarize us with this great car. He generously got up on a ladder to sync garage door opener to the car so I didn’t have to attempt it. We were very pleased with his explanation of CarPlay feature and how to move between drivers. He was terrific and very patient. Was not surprised as I’ve been dealing with Vanderstyne’s for years. More
