Tom walked both my wife and I separately through all the buttons, knobs, dials etc to familiarize us with this great car. He generously got up on a ladder to sync garage door opener to the car so I didn’t have to attempt it. We were very pleased with his explanation of CarPlay feature and how to move between drivers. He was terrific and very patient. Was not surprised as I’ve been dealing with Vanderstyne’s for years. More

After reading on line reviews, I was concerned I’d receive the same run around. I am pleased to say, I did not and Derek requested my video and the technician inspected my vehicle. Although, the part is on backup, I feel confident West Herr will repair the moonroof better than new. If anyone is having the same issue, go to another Toyota dealership. More

Mike was super communicative and helped me get everything in order throughout a hectic pre-holiday workday, which ultimately resulted in the smoothest auto purchase experience I’ve ever had.
