West herr Toyota in Williamsville is Very unfriendly dealership, they definitely have issues with overpricing in poorly run service department, they quote you one price & charge you another, customer is dealership, they definitely have issues with overpricing in poorly run service department, they quote you one price & charge you another, customer is just another number for them therefore they could afford to be rude to the customer, no concept of delivering vehicle to customer in timely manner, they’re too big for their own good to be worry about little thing call customer care in the service department, they definitely loss my business as well as my friends, big thumbs down.
