Couldn't be a better experience buying a vehicle. After researching, I ended up on the phone with Josh Iannarelli, a sales & leasing professional at West Herr Toyota of Williamsville. I was on my way to the dealership from Fredonia (an hour drive) to look at a 2014 Jeep Patriot. I knew what I wanted and I knew what I should/would pay for it. Josh got right down to business with me, letting me be in the lead, mostly only speaking when I inquired. He was honest, pleasant, and no extra xxxxxxxx. We negotiated, looked into my credit (excellent) and agreed on the deal that I wanted. At that point, he kept me posted on the process of paperwork/vehicle prep. I was told it would be a couple hours and it was, without any long period of not being kept informed of what was going on. There were no surprises. When I drove home, I discovered a transmission shutter. I contacted Josh, who immediately responded, assuring me they would take care of it. They did. The manager, Joe, and the service department all took good care of me in a respectful way. I'd be happy to return for more business. More

Dishonest Service I was very, very disappointed with my recent service visit to West Herr Toyota. My 2 1/2 year old car battery was dead, and it took some time before I was very, very disappointed with my recent service visit to West Herr Toyota. My 2 1/2 year old car battery was dead, and it took some time before it could even be jumped. When I brought it in to get the battery replaced, they tested it and said it was just weak and refused to replace it (even though it is under warranty), saying that it needed recharging. So what did they do? They just idled my car there for THREE HOURS before telling me it was ready. Why couldn't they just tell me to do this at home instead of having me sit in the waiting room around other people with a mask on my face for 3 hours?? Just another instance of car dealerships not being honest/straightforward with their customers... More

I don’t like the whole car buying process, and have spent several months researching the best deal in the area. That all changed when dealing with the folks at West Herr Toyota...in particular Adi Barak, Luk several months researching the best deal in the area. That all changed when dealing with the folks at West Herr Toyota...in particular Adi Barak, Luke Stewart, and Mike Mikulski!!! They gave me the best deal in the western New York area by far, put my worries at ease, and made the whole car buying process fast and painless in the purchase of a brand new 2020 Toyota Tundra. Everyone was extremely courteous and helpful from the nice lady who greets you at the front desk, all the way through to the point that I was driving off the lot in my new dream truck! I was so jaded from previous “sales games” from other area dealers, that I found myself constantly waiting for “catch” in the deal...but it never happened; that’s not the way they do business from what I can see. This is the only place to be if your in the market to buy/lease a new Toyota...period! Ask for one of the three guys I previously mentioned, and I can assure you that you won’t regret your visit to West Herr Toyota of Williamsville...as for me, they have a customer for life!!! More

I had the pleasure of working with George Cannon to get my 2020 TRD Pro. It was a very simple and quick process. He told me the found a truck and that we could allocate it to his dealership. I confirmed my 2020 TRD Pro. It was a very simple and quick process. He told me the found a truck and that we could allocate it to his dealership. I confirmed that that's what I wanted to do. The car was at the dealership in a about a month. The day the vehicle came into the dealership I drove it off the lot in a little over 2 hours.
