The dealership was kind, courteous. I made my appt with Adam who repaired a scrape on the driver side rear. It looked like it had never had to be repaired. It looked brand new. Had my 2010 Camry repainted due to a recall. The painting was good but when I picked it up the front window was cracked. They told me to call my insurance co. The rear fender was not reconnected properly. was good but when I picked it up the front window was cracked. They told me to call my insurance co. The rear fender was not reconnected properly. They did not put the mud flaps back on. They did not put the body side molding back on. They put the wrong badges on. The hood seal was missing. The trim around the windows was not reinstalled properly. After going back several times they finished. The front passenger window still does not work. If you have work done make sure you double check everything before leaving. Would not recommend west herr for body work. Don’t want to go back as they look at you like you are a problem customer More
