Not only did Jordan ease my frustration and find me the perfect car but did so with an admirable level of probity, poise, and patience. He jumped through several hoops to make this process as painless as possible and I could not be more appreciative of his effort. He is a true professional but most importantly a kindhearted person. A special shout-out goes to Connor as well. Thank you for traveling out of town to deliver my car and making it so I was able to fly through paperwork. Overall, my expectations were exceeded. Have never had a good experience here. Always finding extra things to charge for. My car died on Friday morning on my way to work.
