Traveled over an hour to West Herr Toyota of Williamsville after confirming interest in a vehicle. During my visit, the used car manager, Jason Peters, stated that if another dealer had offered Williamsville after confirming interest in a vehicle. During my visit, the used car manager, Jason Peters, stated that if another dealer had offered me a certain trade-in value, I should ‘go buy it there.’ This was said before any actual negotiation took place. The tone was unnecessarily condescending and unprofessional. I have filed a complaint with West Herr and have yet to receive a response. More
