This by far has been the best car buying experience I have EVER had. Many years ago a father of a friend of mine said: "Try West Herr. When I saw that Scott had brought a West Herr Toyota dealership to Williamsville, I thought I would see about the West Herr "magic" when I was buying my second Highlander and third Toyota. My previous 2007 Camry LE was purchased at Basil Toyota in Lockport. Two weeks ago at my last oil change I sat down with a salesman to look to trade my car in and purchase a 2011 Camry LE. The offer he g in Lockport. Two weeks ago at my last oil change I sat down with a salesman to look to trade my car in and purchase a 2011 Camry LE. The offer he gave me on my car was an insult, especially after giving them my business for four years and getting all of my service done there. So I returned to West Herr Toyota where I had met Shawn Stanley last spring, when originally researching on trading in my car. He remembered me and the type of car I had, which amazed me seeing it was several months ago. He gave me an excellent offer on the trade-in, I returned the next day and finalized the deal, and purchased the 2011 Camry. I then met with Nicole Bottaro, who wrapped up the financial paperwork. She then took the time to explain Toyota's warranty programs, and was extremely helpful and very pleasant.
