I also had some work promised to be completed and dropping and picking up the car was a hassle - no one seemed to know where I was supposed to be, or who had my keys upon pick up. I assume I have a rare experience here, hence the mid range rating. Most people do not seem to have this issue. The minute I bought the car, it seems like effort to be clear has gone down immensely. I don't know what happened. More

So I have been enjoying, REALLY ENJOYING, my new Taco for the past 75 days. It is the first new vehicle I have ever owned. Everyone knows that the current market has its challenges. But I can honestly say th the past 75 days. It is the first new vehicle I have ever owned. Everyone knows that the current market has its challenges. But I can honestly say that from first contact up through vehicle delivery every promise made was a promise kept. They were honest, transparent, and very patient. In fact, they accommodated my desired delivery date due to a work scheduling issue - and I knew it would have worked out better for WH if the delivery would have been a day or two earlier. But it was all done cheerfully. Special thanks to JJ - my salesperson - who worked this deal "from across the street" (She is not on the Toyota side). I was exhausted from a rough deadline schedule when the truck arrived. I think she was more excited about the delivery than I was! Her enthusiasm made the day. Hat tip to all at WH. More

I noticed at about 1 hour 45 minute wait time my car in the garage was sitting there over 25 minutes with nobody attending to it. I ask a service rep and the said it will be ready in 5 MINUTES!
