Paul was great to work with. He went way above and beyond helping me get a truck last minute for my move to Kentucky. I would buy from him again if it were possible. West hills ford was just ok. I have one helping me get a truck last minute for my move to Kentucky. I would buy from him again if it were possible. West hills ford was just ok. I have one major complaint. While filling out paperwork a very important from was " forgotten" that described all the defects of the truck I bought. And wasn't presented to me untill after I paid for the vehicle. Which I paid in cash. In that form I was asked if I wanted west hills to diagnose the problems with the truck which would have totalled in the the thousands. That was nasty and underhanded. The only reason I said I would recommend west hills is because of the positive experience with Paul. More
