Chad Bass was a great guy to work with when we made it to the paperwork and warranty part of our purchase. We found him to be knowledgeable, personable and honest. There was a snafu with the paperwork and it had to be completely redone, through no fault of Chad's, and he was as patient and thorough the second time around as the first! I bought a truck July 16 it had a lot of problems, I sold it September 4, and after I sold it I noticed money was still coming out of our account for a truck we didn’t have because when they called September it September 4, and after I sold it I noticed money was still coming out of our account for a truck we didn’t have because when they called September 4 for a payoff they didn’t pay the bank and that meant they took money away from me, do your job! I bought a brand new truck, Chad was my finance manager, I thought everything was fine and then he called us to come back in to sign papers and we did that and then he didn’t properly write out the check with the numbers and the words correctly so he wanted to mark it all up and I told him we could bring in a new draft he got upset about that , he was extremely rude, he apologized to me and wanted me to apologize to him and when I wouldn’t he blew up at me, worst customer service for a finance person ever! When I did come in the next morning to get the check he wanted me there at 11 he blew me off I waited 20 minutes and had somebody else come out to give me the check to go get a new one, unacceptable behavior! Magdy, the Finance Manager, went above and beyond to make sure we got the “Ford Salutes” rebate information. But, the part wasn’t the buying experience. The best part is being a part of what Haselwood does for our community and it’s employees. Haselwood hires veterans and supports employees by hiring and promoting from within their corporation.
