Stereotypical dealer. Exactly as portrayed in the movies I got to the car dealer before they opened during one of their biggest sales events of the year. It was evident that their team was pumped and ready t I got to the car dealer before they opened during one of their biggest sales events of the year. It was evident that their team was pumped and ready to work. They were very excited and a little over the top for my taste. I knew exactly what I wanted and the price I was willing to pay. I was explicit in my price when we started and it still took almost 5hr to close the deal. I had to check and recheck numbers as we progressed through the process, I had to have the sales price and other items fixed on multiple documents including the DOL paperwork while in the finance office. Finally the car was not detailed when I picked it up. It still had the chalk marks on tires, windshield wiper marks on windshield, a balloon string on the mirror, and didn't look to be washed. Shortly after I provided my review on here, I was contacted by Chris from the dealership. I asked Chris to review the paperwork in my file and try and figure out why some of the forms had the wrong numbers. He assured me he would, and he promised to have the truck detailed later this week. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience. After spending hours researching the truck I wanted, and prices available within 500 miles of me, I am convinced I got a decent deal from West Hills. More
