Working with Kyle Kemper we found a used certified vehicle with low miles that fit my budget. We also worked through the costco car buying program which makes things so more easier and transparent. We then worked on trading in our currently leased mazda 3 and got me wife into a new mazda 6 lease. Very good experience. More

She made my husband and I feel very comfortable and did research and found 3 used cars for us to try. All of the cars were in beautiful clean condition. We fell for a beautiful ruby red 2014 Ford Edge, that met all of our requirements. We were treated with respect and consideration. My husband is disabled and we were taken care of very well. The business manager and the sales manager were both really nice and understanding when we started feeling tired. We are happy with our purchase and the whole experience. More

Both took time to explain the leasing process and Brian especially made efforts to accommadate my financing needs so that I felt secure in my purchase decision. Subsequently, two days later I had need to revisit the dealership, and got the Mazda queen, Janet to help me understand my new smart car. big shout out to her as the most knowledgeable employee. So glad she is there, very comfortable to communicate with and learn about the features of the car which I felt had not been adequate previously. More

Dealership is uninformed about Forcars and how to order them I went to West Hills Ford to buy a Ford Transit Connect. The salesman knew absolutely nothing about the car. My wife or I would ask a question and t I went to West Hills Ford to buy a Ford Transit Connect. The salesman knew absolutely nothing about the car. My wife or I would ask a question and the salesman would have to run off every couple of minutes ask someone else how to answer the question. They didn't have the model we wanted in stock and they said they checked the Ford dealer network but couldn't find one there either, and that we would have to order the car. Again the salesman didn't know how to do this either and had to run to management every couple of minutes to figure it out. Well, 2 months later I am trying to find out the status of my ordered car. I call the Dealer and they say they'll check on it and call me back. Not one returned call. I finally talk to the General Manager who gives me information on an ordered Ford Explorer, not a Transit. At this point, I'm not sure my car was ever ordered. I get the Meh attitude from the dealership. Looks like I will have to go elsewhere. More
Poor service over and over... keep track of everything before and after each oil change. 3 out of my last 4 service appointments have been horrible. 1st was good. 2nd I had abput keep track of everything before and after each oil change. 3 out of my last 4 service appointments have been horrible. 1st was good. 2nd I had abput 2 quarts of oil drip through town and in the driveway. I was told it was "oil caught in the rails" oil filter isn't near frame rail on this model. 3rd 3 hours at the dealership, car sat putside done for 45 of it. Also wrote next service due at 10k away ( this time is 3k and one before that was 5k). This appointment only took 2 hours but sat inside of service bay for 10 minutes waiting to be helped. Yeah, lady who pulled up outside got help before I did so I was rudely asked to move my car. Wish I could cancel my in house service package but was told i am not able to cancel. Best thing now is hope the service department at another West hills dealership is more competent. DO NOT PURCHASE IN HOUSE SERVICE PACKAGE. More

Wonderful Experience! My parents have purchased a few vehicles from this dealership over the years, and my husband purchased a car from them a few years back as well. So when it was time for us to get a vehicle for our family, we knew we could trust them! Last December we purchased a used Ford Flex. We had a wonderful experience! Michael Glidewell sold us the vehicle and Lorin Burcke handled the financing. I highly recommend both of them and West Hills Ford Mazda! They have always taken good care of us!
