Knowledge Salesman - Jerimiah Ballard We recently leased a new 2016 CX-9 and our salesman was Jerimiah Ballard. Jeremiah from West Hills Ford Mazda was extremely knowledgable about the CX We recently leased a new 2016 CX-9 and our salesman was Jerimiah Ballard. Jeremiah from West Hills Ford Mazda was extremely knowledgable about the CX-9. He was able to point out all the bells and whistles on our Grand Touring CX-9. We were especially impressed with how he informed us regarding the safety features of the vehicle. He was extremely patient with us as we test drove several other vehicles allowing us to see the differences in the several vehicles that we test drove. He answered all our questions and was very hands on throughout the process and on several occasions since we purchased the vehicle when I have reached out via text to ask a question. If you want a salesman that will spend the time with you that you need in order to make the important decisions regarding purchasing a new car, I highly recommend that you ask to work with Jeremiah! More

From no credit to a Cadillac This was my first experience purchasing a car. I had no credit, and John was able to put me in a Cadillac. John Kim goes above and beyond John was our salesman 2 1/2 years ago when we got our 2014 Ford Escape.
