West Hills Excells in Customer Service I went shopping today for a new Ford Edge or Escape. I was greeted promptly by a spunky but very professional named Ian. He asked about my preferences and proceeded to show me cars with those options. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and pointed out the differences in several models. I picked out a 2016 Ford Escape, we took it for a test drive and then we discussed trade in and financing. The Allstate man was very informative and helpful but he didn't pressure me into changing insurance companies. Clay, the Finance Manager was very helpful and informative about options for making my vehicle choice even better. I drove home with my new vehicle today and will certainly recommend West Hills to friends who want to purchase a new vehicle.
