Ken, I guess you didnt remember me bringing this to your attention the day after i bout my 2022 Sportage. You never got back to me. On 8/31/2021 I was quoted a price for the car by Lyss but in the end I paid way more. I also was charged for a perma plate that i told Derek i did not want but he added it anyway behind my back. I then started to work with Tyler and he said he would work on getting me a check for the perma plate within a week to work with you to get the price i was promised. Tyler has not returned any of my calls. As a loyal customer to the West Hills Auto Group I am very disappointed on how i was treated once i got the car. I hope that we can resolve this issue soon and move on. William Silva 360.471.3357
