The first thing that impressed me about West Hills Kia was how easy it was for me to make an appointment to have my car serviced. When I brought my car in, I was greeted immediately by a service advisor who checked me in and let me know that their EV specialist, Alex, would be working with me. Alex called me at home and we discussed the results of the multi-point inspection. Everything looked good other than a little uneven wear on the tires. When I picked up my car, Alex showed me how I could take advantage of the one pedal driving capability on my EV6 to extend the life of my brakes. More

Alex from West Hills Kia in Bremerton always takes the best care of me when I have my EV6 serviced. He meets me in the service entrance and takes down my requests. Jason was very nice. I wasn’t too happy because when I made the appt I put in the notes that my windshield wipers weren’t working well - only intermittent works which ca I wasn’t too happy because when I made the appt I put in the notes that my windshield wipers weren’t working well - only intermittent works which can be dangerous when it rains hard but he said they didn’t see that and I’d have to come back…but to get to these appts I have to take a day off of work. They did fix my heater, which was also broken so that was helpful although expensive. More
