No one will return my calls! I want to cancel the service contract. I called before 9AM on Friday. I spoke to Alexa at about 9:15 He said he would notify Credit. All steps of the process were handled efficiently...with patience for our questions. Our financial part was mixed up a bit...wrong interest rate,wrong payment amound, forgot to cred efficiently...with patience for our questions. Deposit..but it all got fixed...could have had less pressure on the warranty, no is no, and even then all of a sudden it came up again ...him saying that "what if I kept your payment the same"? It wasn't a payment issue... it was that we just didn't want it. Colin and Steven were awesome..patient and kind. Happy to ask others questions if the didknow the answer..Qe appreciated that.
