My husband and I were looking to purchase a new mid-sized sedan, narrowing our long and extensive search to a Kia Optima, a Hyundai Sonata, or a Hyundai Elantra. We visited Parr Hyundai and West Hills Kia in Bremerton, WA. At West Hills Kia the customer service, their willingness to work with us to get us what we wanted, their friendliness, their no-pressure attitude, and not trying to intimidate us into buying a car we wanted or another other vehicle we just weren't interested in was fabulous! They listened to us, they understood our needs and desires, and they focused their attention on OUR goals, not their goals. The customer service at Kia far surpassed our expectations compared to the customer service we received from Parr Hyundai. The salesman at Hyundai, Marty, was very nice but the manager blew the sale for him solely based on his utter lack of comprehending what customer service should be in the sale of an automobile! The Kia Optima and the Hyundai Sonata vehicles were very similar but the emphasis on excellent customer service and Kia's staffs' willingness to help us reach a good price for an excellent product is what helped us with our final decision to purchase the Kia Optima. We have already sung the praises of the wonderful staff at Kia to our friends and hopefully they will check out West Hills Kia for their next vehicle! Went in just to look on New Years Eve and ended up getting a deal WE COULD NOT REFUSE! My husband and I are the types to do A LOT of research before making a major purchase. We find the process of looking and comparing just as fun as the owning part, so we went in extremely well prepared with several quotes and experiences at other dealerships before we made it to West Hills. Let me just say that West Hills knocked our socks off. We were quoted a deal (in writing) within 5 minutes of entering the showroom and it was so competetive there was no need for all the back and forth stuff I just hate when buying a car. I ended up buying the Sportage and I couldn't be happier. German was unassuming and nice to work with and Bob Villa was a hoot. I would recommend West Hills Kia to anyone without reservations and I have never said that about any car dealership...I can be a tough customer but these guys have earned nothing but praise from me. This sales team is top shelf. More
The Kia service counter is set up quite strangely so at first it feels like you are getting world class CRUMMY service. I arrived at 0930 for an 0940 appointment and stood there while streams of employees first it feels like you are getting world class CRUMMY service. I arrived at 0930 for an 0940 appointment and stood there while streams of employees went about their business completely ignoring me for at least 10 minutes. Not once did anyone make eye contact, ask me if I had been helped, or seem to even notice I was standing there waiting. FINALLY Matt, the service guy showed up. He was great, helped me right away, was friendly and knew what he was doing. He got my keys, had me sign one little form and off my car went. The service was fast and they washed my car. As I sat there waiting I figured out there is a car rental area, and I think maybe some sort of parts area combined with the service check in area. The people who run the other areas are clearly not the least bit concerned about greeting the service customers. If you are standing at the area that says "service" you are not going to get any unless a dedicated service person is there...I guess I wasn't their problem. A real design flaw for West Hills I think. Nothing is worse than waiting at any business for ten minutes without so much as a greeting and a "someone will be right with you" while no less than 5-6 employees swirl around you avoiding eye contact. All-in-all they did a fine job, but as a first impression I have to say the service left something to be desired, it just seems terribly rude to ignore any customer even if it isn't your actual job to help them. Just sayin. More

When it came time to neotiate and find the vehicle I wanted to purchase both Chris Rembaugh and Dean Stephens went above and beyond to find the vehicle that met my preferences. we wanted a newer car, so my husband and I planned to go to Tacoma as he knows that we can get much better deal there than here locally, but I am not so feeling good that day so I told him why not just visi to Tacoma as he knows that we can get much better deal there than here locally, but I am not so feeling good that day so I told him why not just visit the ones locally. so we decided to go to westhills, we met Jessica and she showed us a couple cars, as we are waiting for a call from the bank for me to get pre-approved for autoloan. finally my husband called the bank(kitsap credit union) and rejected my pre-approval. saying that my credit history wasnt good enough. we met Bob Villa the financial Manager in westhills, he is really good and friendly. he helped me a lot for my autoloan and got me a very low interest rate from BECU. my overall experience in buying a new car for the first time is awesome. thanks westhills most especially to Bob Villa :-) More
We have been wanting to look at the Kia Sportage and Sorento's for a while. With nothing better to do on black friday we thought it a good time to go look. There was NO pressure of salesman runaround stuff. The deal was stress free and the time it took to process the deal was not long at all. This was infact the best experiance I have ever had in buying a car. We got a great deal and car upgrade we needed and stayed within the budget and actually got something better than what we had. I really like her style of sales, she is down to earth and relies on the product to provide the additional benefits the customer is unaware of. She is polite, kind and informative. I found out about the dealership when we took our Kia Rhondo in for service after moving here from Arizona. On the way to Washington, we hit a block of wood in the road. The West Hills Kia service department inspected our vehicle and repaired all warranty items. Waiting in the service department is very pleasant as they have a coffee bar and cafe in the dealership that provided us complimentary beverages. When my non Kia vehicle recently needed repairs, I decided to take it to the West Hills Kia service department instead of its make. I then thought to myself, why not get another kia instead of repairing this? So I did. Other brands may be similar in style and performance, but I would rather go to West Hills Kia. I am all set, they earned my business in every way. P.S. I am sorry if I mispelled our salespersons name. It is pronounced Juliana and I remember the spelling to be different than what I can remember. My paperwork is not available for proofing at this time the dealership is closed. More
