Many thanks to Colton Weeks, who inherited me after several missteps in getting me to a sales person and then made the experience of buying my used 20 Many thanks to Colton Weeks, who inherited me after several missteps in getting me to a sales person and then made the experience of buying my used 2014 Kia Soul + fast, smooth, and actually fun! I knew what I wanted and while he did mention things for me to consider, Colton was entirely lowkey and not at all pushy. He was very straightforward and knowledgeable, with quick responses to my questions. I was able to do everything by phone and online, then Colton and finance guy Luke Buchanan (who had gone over all the financing details with me on the phone) delivered my car to me – masked and gloved as our pandemic circumstance necessitated. They wiped down the car and handed me the key to take my test drive, then the three of us sat socially distanced outside on my front porch and signed all the paperwork, which was all prepared and ready for this final step. Again, all very lowkey and efficient. It was truly an amazing experience, well beyond what I expected. And I love my car! More

I knew I wanted to buy a car (with cash) around 5:30 PM, however it took until after 7pm to get all the proper paperwork in order for me to sign. I kept getting the same excuse of the network being down sev however it took until after 7pm to get all the proper paperwork in order for me to sign. I kept getting the same excuse of the network being down several times, was also told everything could be handwritten but it looked more like everyone took off to go home and left one guy with all the paperwork. Overall, everyone was friendly and helpful but I am upset about how long it took to get out of there. More
