Extremely helpful and worked hard to get me the best deal. The only reason a gave a 4 instead of a 5 was due to lack of communication between each person I spoke with. Initially I was not convinced that I was going to purchase a vehicle. I saw it on the lot and looked into a chance to test drive. I was understandably cautious but was relieved after speaking with the West Hills Kia team. I can not speak highly enough of the way they treated me. Fair and Funny! We came in thinking we were not going to get the deal we wanted. Trading in a newer vehicle, we were not hopeful we could get out of it and into anoth We came in thinking we were not going to get the deal we wanted. Colton stole the show by working his magic and getting us exactly what we needed at the right price. He was so knowledgable and gave us so many options finally landing on the one that was right for us. Colton is the funniest salesman we have ever met. Now there are two words you never see together in a sentence. We felt like we bought tickets to a comedy show, We have never been so entertained while buying a car. What an experience. Hello, i just bought car Monday the 17th with cash it was used. I started driving it i am not happy. Come to find out the dealer said it had 1 recall and that had been fixed so i called the hyundai dealer an used. I started driving it i am not happy. Come to find out the dealer said it had 1 recall and that had been fixed so i called the hyundai dealer and it was never fixed. Then it also has 2 other recalls. I am very disappointed. Upset. Scared and i feel ripped off. This was my very first time ever buying a car with cash. I have regrets. Next time i will shop around instead of falling in love with the first car i see. More
