His follow up after the sale was fantastic, calling a couple of times to make sure everything was okay and just to say hello. I did have a service issue early on which was covered under warranty. West Hills provided me with an excellent loaner car so I was not inconvenienced. West Hills Kia is a class act! More

Highly recommend! I wasn't excited about buying a new car. I had a certain loyalty to the well used trade in I was offering. But it was time. I was dreading the process and really just wanted my old car brand new again. It was a Toyota but somehow I steered my way on to a KIA lot and found a perfect replacement (in about 10 minutes). The transaction went smoothly and without the anticipated drudgery. Zack was professional, knowledgeable and sympathetic as I handed the keys over for my trade-in. I now am cruising in a KIA!
