Dear Mr. Liu, Thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry your experience did not meet expectations, but we do need to clarify a few points. When you returned, our team evaluated your concern and explained that your manufacturer warranty expired in June of last year based on time, not mileage. Warranty coverage is determined by whichever occurs first, and this is set by the manufacturer. We made an effort to assist you despite this and attempted to explore options as a goodwill gesture. However, eligibility was limited due to warranty status and ownership history. We also want to clarify that we did not damage your key. Our team initially offered assistance, but that offer was withdrawn after the interaction escalated and included accusations that are not possible, such as altering manufacturer records. During your visit, the situation became increasingly disruptive despite multiple attempts to resolve your concerns. You were asked to leave, and when the disruption continued, we were forced to contact law enforcement to ensure a safe environment for our staff and customers. We remain committed to providing professional and respectful service and appreciate all feedback.
