Great Deals and Service We have never owned a Buick before but after visiting West Metro in Monticello decided that the Buick Encore was perfect, both in price and features. The dealership went out of their way to to accommodate us as the owner let us take the car home overnight to test drive and included multiple bonuses like extra keys in the original price. Great would highly recommend! It was great from start to finish, did most of it over the phone.. they came all the way to my hometown 2hours away and picked me up to take me back t It was great from start to finish, did most of it over the phone.. they came all the way to my hometown 2hours away and picked me up to take me back to the dealership.. filled my tank with gas.. was in and out in an hour! Asked for a call from Jeff...3 days and no return call. Jeff, call me! I bought the 2017 Colorado with 11,588 miles last week. I asked for a call back regarding sales person communication of what was incl Jeff, call me! I bought the 2017 Colorado with 11,588 miles last week. I asked for a call back regarding sales person communication of what was included with purchase...seems things changed after I handed over the check. Happy to change my rating based on our conversation but for now need to rate your dealership low. Other than the items discussed in negotiations not being available, the experience with Bryan and the dealership were good. Bryan stayed late to do paperwork when he had family obligations. This is a communication issue--I was told something was included prior to the purchase and told afterward that it is not available. Jeff, remember talking with me before I left...you promised you would take care of me if I have an issue? I'm waiting. More

New car purchase. First new car ever. Very good experience. We were interested in a used Encore, but John and his associates explained to us the benefits of buying new First new car ever.
