This was our third car purchase but first one from West Metro and first one we made long-distance. We live in Colorado, so the entire transaction was via phone and email, after finding the vehicle via the Metro and first one we made long-distance. We never felt rushed or pressured like we have in the past, with other dealers while shopping in-person. From the time my wife found the car to the day it was delivered was about 5 weeks, due to the dealer's patience as we worked through the long-distance commitment process, but once the deal was done, the car was at our house within ~2 days. Jake was our primary POC throughout the process and worked well with both my wife and I, including handling additional paperwork I requested to submit specifically required by Colorado. No surprises once the car arrived. It was just as pictured on the website. We would feel comfortable making another long-distance deal with West Metro and Jake. More
