Bob & Ozzie from West Side GM are courteous & friendly salesmen that worked hand in hand to complete a deal to my satisfaction. Bob did many follow up calls to make sure I was happy with my Buick, which made me feel that my business is appreciated. Right now I feel like I'm cruising in my Yukon! They work together as a team all for one goal and that's basically just to make you happy.
