At the same t My husband and I purchased a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander. We LOVE this vehicle. Recently my husband was admitted to the Wake Med ICU. At the same time the lights went out on the vehicle. I drove over to get it fixed but was to late and the staff had left except for the managers....Reggie, Shawn and Trey. They popped the hood and had me back on the road in 30 minutes. It is always like this......EXCELLENT customer service every single time. Our gratitude to these 3 men, who really go the extra mile to insure every customer receives this kind of service. They have even allowed me to have our little dogs tag along while waiting for the oil change and inspection. Great car buying experience! I visited Westgate Mitsubishi recently after extensive online browsing for a vehicle. This dealership seemed to have a decent selection of pre-owned v I visited Westgate Mitsubishi recently after extensive online browsing for a vehicle. This dealership seemed to have a decent selection of pre-owned vehicles, a couple of which I was very interested in. I got there a little before 10am on a Saturday and was greeted by Marco, who was exceptionally friendly and helpful. I test drove a couple cars, decided which one I wanted, and started the signing process. Once I chose the car I wanted, completing all the paperwork took maybe an hour. I left the lot a little before 1pm, so I was only there around 3 hours! Great experience, I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely return to do business with Marco! I'm so glad this dealership was the first one I visited and I absolutely love my Mazda 3! More
