Am very apprehensive in dealing with the purchase of a car from any dealer. I have a specific credit situation and was quite frankly tired of being told what people COULDNT do for me...until Greg called m car from any dealer. I spoke with Greg and he convinced me to come on in and take a look at a car he had in mind for me. Well , lets just say I didn't think that the car he had in mind was really ME BUT Chris had a plan B. He had actually just gotten a car in that he said would be PERFECT for me..(hard to imagine a car sales person saying that , right?)..in this case..HE WAS SPOT ON !! The price , type of car, options, EVERYTHING..PERFECTO ! Checked out the car and loved it..bada bing..credit approved and next question was , "You driving this home today?" All the negativity I had previously experienced at other dealers was gone instantly. I mean , they could have easily said have a nice day and sold this same car to 50 other people , but instead , went the extre 10 miles to make sure I got what I asked for and needed..a car, yes..but respect which is what was lacking at every other dealer I had seen. There is not enough room here to type all the great things I could say about Greg, Chris and the entire dealership of Westboro Mitsubishi...let me sum up like this..if you are looking for a car , or..more importantly , a good car buying experience..take a trip here. I would almost guarantee you will drive a car home..hard not to with these guys.Don't take my word for it..just go in and see them..you will come out with a new respect for purchasing an automobile and will never want to go anywhere else. I end up buying a Minivan for myself. I was just so impressed with how easy and stress free it was dealing with the staff of the dealership that's when I decided to get a van for myself instead of waiting to Sept. or October as I planned. My husband was even impressed and he does not get impressed easily. He usually does not trust anyone until they jump through a bunch of hoops for him. The staff at your dealership melted my iceberg. He thinks very highly of Westboro Mitsubishi dealership do too the ambassadors of sales Mark Recore and Chris the supervisor of sales they make a great pair. I had my car inspected by an independent mechanic after purchasing a 2010 Camry from Westboro Mitsubishi. All 4 tires on the car I had just purchased were worn on the inside edges as a result of a bad ali purchasing a 2010 Camry from Westboro Mitsubishi. All 4 tires on the car I had just purchased were worn on the inside edges as a result of a bad alignment. The management at the dealership seemed much more concerned about where I had my car inspected without my registration (my mechanic looked it up on the computer) than concerned over the fact that they sold me a car with tires so crappy that they failed inspection. I would have been a happy customer if I had been treated with any sort of respect once I tried to bring this problem to the attention of the dealership. Instead I called for 3 days and I was ignored for 3 days. I ended up using a vacation day just to make the time available to go down to the dealership, and make myself impossible to ignore. Even then, I was only given 2 tires and a gas voucher to shut me up. I went back to my mechanic who told me that the other two tires are right on the breaking point of failing inspection, and they suggested to bring the vehicle to the RMV to report them. Saving a buck is much more important to this dealership. More

I am a65 year old male and have owned many cars overthe years and find that my 2007 Eclipse is one of the best cars I have ever owned. The sales people I delt with were great they got me into this car when every other dealer had turn me down. It has been one of my better dealing with car dealers in many many years. I will be recommending this dealer and the people i delt with and the Mitsubishi line to every one I know. Overall experience was good. Dealership offered me a verfy reasonable price for my Mitsubishi Trade and was able to eventually find for me exactly the car I wanted to buy from them.
