Westbrook Honda

Originally went to get a oil change on my honda cr-v. Waited a while so knew right away that there were gonna be repairs needed. I have been thinking of trading in my car for a different Honda for a while and this gave me a good opportunity/reason/excuse to. The guy set me up with sales consultant LARRY BAGLEY. I already knew exactly what type of car I was interested in, so that made things a little easier. We talked about the car I was trading in and the new car I would be interested in. While the Cr-v was getting apprasied,I took a test drive in the civic ex coupe. Larry was really easy to talk to, not pushy at all and was really informative about the car. The same day went home with the civic and a couple days later had the car registered and blue tooth set up(they even washed and vacummed it out while I was finishing with the financing). Throughout the process I never felt pressured or uncomfortable. Buying a car through Westbrook Honda was actually...fun and made me have a different postitive impression on car salesmen. I'm pretty picky---> the whole process went perfectly. Was set up with a excellent sales man, communicated with a great sales manager and friendly finance manager. Couldn't of been better and I have nothing negative to say(except my interest rate---but you get what you pay for and it's worth it; I Love the car!) Larry Bagley, Mike Hamilton, & Randy Searles were professional, friendly, personable, informative, and after leaving the dealership were easy to contact about registration/finacing. We were even given a nice loaner until our new car arrived. When we picked up our new car we had a 2 hour in depth appointment "getting to know your car" and we couldn't have asked for more! My wife and I had been taking her Honda to Westbrook for service for a few years now so when I needed a new car, it was our first stop. We worked with Larry Bagley and he was extremely personable and profes service for a few years now so when I needed a new car, it was our first stop. We worked with Larry Bagley and he was extremely personable and professional. He was very attentive to our needs and worked hard to find a car that fits our budget and not try and oversell us. After our first visit, we shopped around for similar cars at four other dealerships and found that we wanted to go back to Westbrook to buy a car. When we came back the second time, Larry was helping some other customers so Lauren Jackson helped us to take a car for another test drive. She was also very helpful especially since I wasn't buy the car from her. Overall, I found my experience with all of the sales staff and managers extremely courteous, professional, and not pushy at all. We would recommend to anyone to do business with Westbrook and especially Larry. We will be coming back when my wife needs a new car and asking for Larry specifically.
