When I first spoke with Stacey, I told her I was interested in information of the IQ, that I had been waiting for a year or so for it to become available. She mailed me what she had. Since the IQ was only available on the west coast, Stacey said she would keep me updated on eta on the east coast. As soon as the first IQ came to Westbrook Toyota, Feb 6, a loaner IQ, not for sale, Stacey called me and my husband and we went to see and test drive it that night. We talked with Stacey telling her we were very interested in the IQ. On Feb 28, we received a call from Stacey saying they just got in an IQ, Hot Lava in color and the basic level, just what we were hoping for. I put a deposit on the car to hold it until we could get there. That night my husband and I went down to the dealership to meet with Stacey to fill out the paperwork. We also met with Mark Picard and filled out more paperwork. We bought and drove the car home that night. Stacey, Mark and the people we met with that night were all very helpful, there was no pressure, it was a very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. It was a very upbeat experience and I would gladly recommend Westbrook Toyota to my friends. Since our IQ is one of the few in CT, when people ask about it, we always mention we bought it at Westbrook Toyota.
