I went to Westbury Jeep looking to lease a 2013 Jeep Cherokee. Phil came over as I was looking at the Overland. He was frienly, polite and not pushy at all. He mentioned that the Overland was fully loaded and they were running a special on them. He showed me a copy of the ad and checked to see if one was available. After finding a perfect match, Phil drove me to the lot and had me test drive the Overland and went through all the features on the Overland and answered all my questions. We got back and finalized the deal very quickly. There was no bait and switch. No BS. Steve Cottage took care of the financing and was also a pleasure to deal with. The next day Phil picked me up at my house and drove me to the dealership so that I could pick up my car. Once again, Phil showed me the features in my new Overland and patiently answered my questions. Phil called me a couple of days later to check how I was enjoying the Overland and to ee if i had any questions. Phil is someone with impeccable character and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend anyone looking for car to deal with Phil and Westbury Jeep. More

He reassured me of all the extras that I had asked for in my new car and it was comforting to know as one of the upper level managers he was aware of the various sales purchases that were taking place in the store. He brought in Mike Mineo to proceed with the paper work. Mike was very organized with all of the required paper work and was sure to explain what exactly it was that I was signing and the reasoning as to why it needed to be signed. I was able to be in and out in a relatively short amount of time which I really appreciated. Mike actually walked me out to my new car and helped me relocate my belongings from my old car into my new car and then proceeded to explain the different functions of the touch screen and controllers. I visited this dealership on the recommendation of a family member who had purchased a vehicle from Shawn Reischmann. Shawn put together a very good deal on a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was extremely family member who had purchased a vehicle from Shawn Reischmann. Shawn put together a very good deal on a 2013 Jeep Grand Cherokee and was extremely helpful when delivering the car explaining how everything in the car worked. He was also very pleasant when I called him (several times) after delivery to ask questions about some of the features on the car. When I arrived at the showroom for my initial test drive Shawn was delayed and arranged for Laureen Lodico to take me out for the drive. Even though Laureen was not the person making the sale she was very helpful and pleasant on the test drive. Mike Quattalaro was also very helpful. Bottomline, Shawn was great to work with. He was very knowledgeable about the car, and worked hard to put together a solid and fair deal. More

So far overall my experience of owning a jeep has been on the lower side of the scale, as the quality of parts is just towards the cheaper side compared to other vehicles I have owned. The main reason I am getting my 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 serviced is because all the OEM carbon fiber trims are falling off and they needed to be replaced under warranty. So I contacted Westbury Jeep for service, I have previously used them for 2 oil changes already and had no problems, so I figured I could deal with them again as they are pretty hassle free other than the timing of my car, but service overall was good. They were able to order my parts it took about 2-3 weeks to get in. Then I get contacted to make an appointment to get everything installed, which I did since hurricane sandy and the holidays they have been backed up, so my appointment was made about 2 1/2 - 3 weeks in advance, and my appointment date was set to be on December 17th with a loaner car as it takes them couple hours and I have to be at work. On top of that last week I had a huge nail that hit my front passenger tire, which the tire needs to be replaced under warranty as I purchased the wheel and tire package warranty. Because runflats are not patchable, they need to be replaced. I get a call today December 14th, 3 days before my appointment saying that I am not eligible for loaner car because I didn't purchase my car there. The receptionist calls me letting me know this because the manager saw my paperwork for the appointment with a loaner and since I have been there before they know I didn't buy the car there. That is absolutely ridiculous because I am still bringing my service business to them and they have the audacity to deny me a car, and basically make me wait for my car to get a tire replaced...and all the trims in the car replaced which could take multiple hours as I experienced in the past with them, waiting for oil changes. So overall my experience with them were great until now, how they call couple days before my appointment to let me know that when the appointment was made weeks ago... Avoid the dealership if you want service and didn't buy a car from there... More
