I question the legitimacy of the previous post. My experience was completely different. After negotiating a price over the phone, I drove over 40 miles to this dealership to sign and drive. Check was in my pocket, but dealer changed the number. Wouldn't honor the incentives offerend on their website (even after salesperson said they would). Bryan himself doesn't seem like a bad person, he just seems like he is new and eager to make the sale. Unfortunately, he doesn't have the support of his sales managers behind him and it ended up wasting my time and him loosing a sale. Sales manager was equally useless, giving some BS about Jeep haulting production on new models. Someone tell that to the Jeep dealer that just wrote up my new car .... delivery scheduled in 8 weeks. More

He made himself available even though the dealership was packed and busy due to the storm but still made feel as I was the only customer in there.
