Great service department overall. First off, they're open on Saturdays and on weekdays, they close at Midnight so it's always convenient. I went in for an oil change and the service advisor listened to my co on Saturdays and on weekdays, they close at Midnight so it's always convenient. I went in for an oil change and the service advisor listened to my concern about a cracked rocker panel. He went out took a photo and told me he would submit it for a warranty repair. When my car was finished, he informed me that he would order the part and contact me when it arrived. Now that's great service! More

When I first went to westbury jeep, I didn't know what I wanted or what I could afford for that matter. Alex went above and beyond to find the right jeep for me . We sat down and went over every option wanted or what I could afford for that matter. Alex went above and beyond to find the right jeep for me . We sat down and went over every option new and old . That night he did his homework and came up with about seven different jeeps with all payments calculated as to not waste any time. He took his time with me and looked over each vehicle top to bottom with test drives . He spent about 6 hours total between looking at jeeps and doing the math till I was satisfied. I was surprised that he was considerate of my finances and didn't try to push me to spend anymore than I could afford , not once! If I could only tell you how much time I wasted car shopping at all these other so called dealerships with nothing but the money hungry attitudes I thank him for his knowledge , patience and understanding and would recomend him to anyone in my simular situation hands down.
