The only negative was relative to the appraisal of my trade-in as the quote was substantially lower than expected based upon my extensive research which had included using Black Book (as posted on Westbury's website). It is to the credit of Westbury's Dominic Galgano that I remained to complete the purchase. He was most professional in hearing my perspective on the matter and handled it to my complete satisfaction. Dominic not only has his act together but conducts his business in a respectful and professional manner. He took the time to understand my concerns and was responsive by his actions on my behalf.
