The only negative was relative to the appraisal of my trade-in as the quote was substantially lower than expected based upon my extensive research which had included using Black Book (as posted on Westbury's website). It is to the credit of Westbury's Dominic Galgano that I remained to complete the purchase. He was most professional in hearing my perspective on the matter and handled it to my complete satisfaction. Dominic not only has his act together but conducts his business in a respectful and professional manner. He took the time to understand my concerns and was responsive by his actions on my behalf. But in the end he wasn't that bad (didn't try to sell me the undercoat and didn't push the extended warranty once I told him no." The car was in good shape. However I did find a cigarette lighter by the driver seat a day later. Was someone smoking in my brand new car???? I certainly hope not. The finance manager could not get the paper work right and we had to discuss the price for a few mins. Apperently jeep does not provide a full tank of Gas anymore only 8 gals. They bargain with you and try to tell you its a few pennies if you dont want to spend an extra $4 or $5 a month. It shows that there trying to be the same way and save pennies.
