The price that the Dodge dealer gave us in Hempstead was pretty good but told us we had to buy right away. I don't like the pressure so we walked away and continued shopping. My husband visited many dealers. We checked Consumer Reports and looked for used vans (Japanese- all expensive-even used prices!). So our search was narrowed down to the Chrysler mini van. We were very fortunate to be able to take advantage of the rebate (which ended today-9/30/11). My husband found the lowest price with John Cavolo and liked dealing with him, too- a big plus. He wasn't available when we were ready to sign the contract so Michael was assigned to us. He was very courteous and took us for a test drive and explained everything fully. I recently decided to trade my challenger in for a new ram 1500. The ram is just more practical especially with snow coming in the near future. Phil took care of me right away. I explained my situation, presented the ad from westburydeals.com & a corresponding stock number fully expecting to get the old "that just sold" routine. Phil came back and told me it was available at the advertised price. I was amazed. Phil took the time out to take myself and my whole family over to the lot to look at the truck. There was no pressure, no slight of hand, no bs. Phil even came in on his day off to deliver the truck. The atmosphere at WBJ was laid back, and they made the whole buying process fun. Phil even baked some cookies for us while we waited to do financing. I have never had a salesman do that ever. I then met with Bobby Baweja and we went over monthly payment, add-ons etc. He was a true professional, completely honest, and got me a great intrest rate on the loan. My biggest disappointment was the price offered on my trade as I felt it was on the low end. All in all it was a great experience, and I would reccomend WBJ. More
