We were treated with respect and given the best deal possible without having to negotiate. The showroom at westbury is top of the line, clean, large, comfortable, and gives you free coffee. After a great experience with Shawn we were sent to the finance genius, Dominic. Dominic kept us entertained throughout the tedious finance process and worked wonders on our rates. Way lower rates than I ever could have imagined. Once we were done with Dominic, me and my wife walked to get lunch came back one hour later and our car was ready to take home. I can never see myself buying a car again from anyone but Westbury and if Shawn and Dominic are still there I will demand their services. More

When we walked into the Jeep dealer we just wanted to look. The receptionist asked us if we wanted a salesman and I said no not yet. We got along great, he answered all of our questions. We went for a test drive. Peter listened to our concerns about buying a new car. Peter is one of the best saleman we have ever come across. And when I bought my 2008 Chevy HHR the salesman did not even compare to Peter. The Peter turned us over to Steve who handled the loan for us. He answered all of our questions in detail. He was open to negotiation on my trade in and went out of his way to make sure the whole transaction went off without a hitch. The finance guy I met with, Bobbie, was also very knowledgeable and helpful. He didnt try to push options on me - he explained each one and what it offered and accepted my decisions. I had been to another dealer previously (different make of car) and that experience left me expecting lies, stupidity and a hassle everywhere I went. Westbury Jeep, Alex and Bobbie, were polar opposites of that. I highly recommend them both if you're interested in a Jeep Chrysler or Dodge. Back in Oct 2010 I had purchased (leased) a Chrysler town/ country from Merrick Dodge and Chrysler Dealership in Wantagh. I was very happy at that time. But when I decided to get my car serviced there for an oil change I was very disappointed. The service writer, waiting area and the long wait wasnt to my liking. On April 27, 2011 I decided to try my luck at Westbury jeep on Bond st. I went there to have my auto slider doors checked, they would open when I turned the key off. At that time I was met by service writer Anna her courtesy and proffesionalism was magnifisent. Right off the bat she had mentioned if I did need an oil change there was a special going on , buy one oil change - get 4 free. On that same day, I got the car back at a very reasonable time , with everything working properly and an oil change. On Dec 21, 2011 again I had my car serviced at Westbury Jeep . My tires were losing air , remote not working properly ,brakes were pulsatiing and making noise.My service writer was again Anna and again I got great service with no complaints (new fronts brakes) . On Dec 30,2011 I had brought my car back to Anna at Westbury Jeep for the brakes again because it was pulsating at 40mph. Anna was so accomadating that I didnt have to wait on the long line. She took my car right in ,and offered me refreshments like she always did.I got my car back that same day with new rear rotors and no complaints at this time. I just want to thank Anna for being very personable and accomadating . I came in with my dad to look at the Jeep Grand Cherokee. When I showed up to the dealership I was greeted by Joe Conrad in a very professional mannor. During the test drive he explained all the functions of the vehicle in full. When we got back to the showroom he offered me and my dad refreshments. The sales manager Mario introduced himself and assured me that we would be taken care of. He worked up numerous amounts of options and found one the fits the best for me. This is the 3rd dealership we came to and this one is by far the nicest staff and has alot to offer. We were most excited about the VIP program and the service department hours. Joe was exremely knowledgeable and polite. I would reccommend Joe and this dealership to anyone. I can't wait to pick up my new 2012 Jeep! More

We live in Upstate NY (6.5 hours away from Westbury). We spoke to Matt on the phone about a 2011 Touring L Van that seemed to be exactly what we wanted for a terrific price. He was very professional but at the same time very patient with all of our questions. We decided to make the trek to purchase the van. Our arrival time was 8:00 PM and Matt greeted us as soon as we walked in the door. By the way, he also helped us negotiate our way there as we became lost several times within the last 20 miles of the trip. Matt came in on his day off-bright and early in the morning to help us through the purchasing process. He patiently waited while we decided on which color van to purchase (you know this is one of the most important decisions). Again, he was with us every step of the way until we headed back home that evening with our luxurious van. Matt even called us when we were on our way to be sure everything was going all right. He called this morning to see that we were home safe and happy with our purchase! The whole experience was terrific.
