Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge RAM SRT

So I walked into Westbury Jeep on the 2nd to last day of the month....typically a very good time to buy or lease a new car. I already had a deal in hand from another dealer that was a great price. The only problem was that the dealer was in NJ, and it was a color I didn't really want. Westbury couldn't quite match the price, although they did come close, and I was willing to take a little bit of a hit in order to have the color I wanted and potentially buy from a dealer closer to me. Everything involved with structuring the deal went smoothly, and I will add that Shawn, my salesman did a great job. He was courteous and friendly and did whatever he could for me to make the deal happen. I did have a little bit of a delay when I picked up the vehicle, as it was the last day of the month and the dealership was extremely busy trying to get as many vehicles into customer's hands as possible. I voiced my concerns, and Joel Sporn, the owner personally contacted me the next day to apologize and and make sure that I knew that this was not typical of his dealership. I appreciate his apology and I'm glad to see that a business owner of a large business took the time to personally contact me and make sure I was happy with my purchase. I'd recommend Westbury to any of my friends in the market for a new Jeep, Dodge or Chrysler product. More

When I went into Dominic's office, I was so happy I was dealing with another kind human being. He was warm, and thoughful. And Dominic worked magic!!! He was the most patient and understanding person I have ever dealt with in a retail/sales environment. Domininc sat with me for hours working his magic with the banks/lenders. He got me approved for an incredible rate, and got me into the Jeep I have always wanted. I can't say enough good things about him, and my experience. We all know how tough life can be, and when someone like Dominic really helps out, the gratitude is overwhelming. We came to Westbury Jeep several days into our tireless search for the perfect gently used 2011 Grand Cherokee. Upon arriving at Westbury, we were were promptly introduced to Chris C, who was kind and helpful throughout our time with him. He answered all of our many questions, and arranged for us to see the truck we were interested in the following day. He never pressured us to look at anything other than what we wanted- unlike other dealers we had dealt with. Chris was patient and accomodating while my husband did his thorough in-the-dark "inspection" of the truck we ended up purchasing. In the last six years, we have bought three vehicles from three different dealers. In every way imaginable, none of those experiences remotely compare to our experience at Westbury Jeep. After looking at websites for dozens of Jeep dealers, we were somehow drawn to Westbury Jeep, passing up at least seven other dealerships and crossing the county line to get there! We arrived at Westbury Jeep around 10:00 AM (on a Saturday!!!) in our 2005 Wrangler X, hoping to get a good enough trade-in to buy the Patriot we'd had our eyes on for a while. At 3:45 PM, thanks to Juan, Dominic and Matt, we drove off in that very same Patriot. In fact, we were not even aware until 1/3 of the way into the process that Juan had already committed his day to sending us home in our new Jeep. We are writing this review 24 hours later, and we are still stunned at the professional performance of our salesman Juan, and the clearly dedicated, proud team that supports him. One of the most important things I experienced there was the painstaking care that was taken to explain the vehicle, and of course, "the numbers". While we didn't qualify for all the discounts, their trade-in appraisal blew us away; they wanted us to have that car. Let's face it, buying a new vehicle can be a bewildering and confusing process, but I have never seen a dealer go the extra mile like these guys. I would not only go there again when it's time for something new, I would recommend Westbury Jeep to anyone I knew looking for a new vehicle. More

LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! my 2012 Sahara. I am a first time Jeep owner and I am now hooked. I would not be at all surprised if my next vehicle is either another Sahara or maybe even a Rubicon. My knowledge about engines is pretty limited, but I can tell you that the new engine in the Wrangler has great pick up, which comes in handy on 495. The two gentlemen that I dealt with were nothing less than courteous and professional. My test drive was with Juan and it really was a beneficial experience for me. At first, I was a little nervous to drive a car that wasn't my own. However, Juan was very easy to talk with and any nervousness soon dissipated. If it wasn't for this positive experience there would have been no further transaction. The deal was closed with John Cavallo. John explained EVERYTHING in detail. Every gadget was discussed, as well as various buttons etc. He was also very organized, which is something I definitely can appreciate. He organized my paperwork so when I needed to locate a particular item it was readily available. A few days after the transaction, he called to see how things were working out. Being a teacher, I find these qualities quite admirable. I have received numerous compliments on Roxanne (my Wrangler). You know you have a good looking vehicle when your 4th grade student tells you so. Also, I am looking forward to going off roading for my first time, in the near future. I think it is about time that this Wrangler of mine got dirty.
