Mark Helped us buy our new Jeep. Mark is a nice and honest guy. I would recommend him to Friends & Guys from my firehouse. I was really comfortable dealing with him. The finance manager could not get the paper work right and we had to discuss the price for a few mins. Apperently jeep does not provide a full tank of Gas anymore only 8 gals. They bargain with you and try to tell you its a few pennies if you dont want to spend an extra $4 or $5 a month. It shows that there trying to be the same way and save pennies. I went to five Jeep dealerships looking for a Jeep Wrangler and John was the only one that actually showed me the vehicle. All other dealerships asked me if I knew anything about the car but immediate Wrangler and John was the only one that actually showed me the vehicle. I sat down with one dealer who went through financing options, options for the vehicle before even offering me a test drive. John at Westbury Jeep not only did not ask me for any personal information but he offered a test drive withing 5 minutes of meeting him. After receiving daily phone calls from other dealerships, annoying me to come in I decided to go Westbury. Again John walked me through any and all questions about the vehicle and none of the typical sale gimmicks involved with other dealerships. He was straight to the point and knew the vehicle in and out. He even gave me his cell phone to call him after hours in order to get a rebate on my car. I highly recommend John as well as the dealership in general. There was absolutely no pressure to buy and a very knowledgeable and friendly staff. I would definitely return there. More
