I want to say this that Mike Piedmont and Arnie Price are very good at what they do and are very knoweledgeable in their jobs. When I went to Westbury Chrysler Jeep Dodge I was only going to look. I walked into the dealership and I started off this way. First Mike introduced himself to me and I did the same shoke his hand. I started like I said "this is the last place I wanted to be today" " This is the last thing I want to be doing today" "and I said to Mike that he was the last person I wanted to be talking to today". Mike said to me how come I answered the way I answered. I told him my last lease was a nightmare. Mike said to me let's sit down and talk about what happened. I said do you have 3 hours and Mike without heisitation said yes I do. So I told him my long winded story. Mike said now he understood why I walked in that way. He also stated that this experience would be different. I told him which vehicle I was interested in 2010 Nitro. We went thru options. He explained all the options difference from my first one 2007. So we hammered all that out. I said I was not sure if I wanted to lease or buy this time around. So Mike worked his magic and came back with a nunmber. I could not resist it was such a great deal. Mike is such a nice person. Then it was time to run my credit and I got to meet Arnie Price. Before I got to be introduced to him he came over to me. Said I looked like someone he knew. Long story short we even had the same last name. Right then and there I knew Arnie was a good guy. Mike and Arnie are very personable. When I went to pick up the vechicle it was a great experince as well. Arnie went thru every thing pretty quickly. Explained every thing. No questions on my part. Arnie Price is also very good at his job. These two people made my experience great. Believe me I looked to find something I did not like and could not find a thing. So if this dealership and these two people could make the most miserable person happy with their purchase they can make anyone happy. Good service when I arrived-available to communicate with when I had questions...Little long to pick up the car and price increased from original quote.
