As a person with difficult credit, Arnie was surely challenged to find a bank that was willing to lend me the money needed for my purchase of a 2010 Dodge Nitro. My poor credit has caused me great embarrassment and humiliation when applying for credit. However, in Arnie Price's office, he gave me the feeling of self-worth and respect. My car had to be towed in to Westbury service center. It arrived around 10 a.m. I contacted my Service Advisor, Carmine Gonzalez, around 1:30 for a status update. I arranged for a ride to the sevice center after work. On the drive, I received a call from Carmine to tellme that my car had not only been looked at, but that the repair had been completed and my car was ready to be picked up. I have dealt with Westbury Jeep for the better part of the last 12 years. Their service center is the best that I have ever dealt with. I was very impressed with and by Carmine Gonzalez. He was friendly, polite and professional. He was honest and did not make any promises that he could not keep.
