Best advisor Jaime Nussbaum/best mechanics Westbury I went to 3 separate Toyota dealers for a brake noise I experienced with my new 2017 RAV4 Hybrid. Westbury Toyota truly has the best mechanics. J I went to 3 separate Toyota dealers for a brake noise I experienced with my new 2017 RAV4 Hybrid. Westbury Toyota truly has the best mechanics. Jaime Nussbaum was my service advisor . I explained to him my issue and how it wasn’t resolved by the previous two dealers including the dealer from whom I purchased ( actually had the least qualified service advisor and mechanic) My issue was a defective ABS brake actuator , Jaime had it diagnosed and fixed ( with only a recording I provided of the noise) provided a loaner vehicle and kept me updated with the repair until I was able to pick up my car in 2 days. I was very happy to drive again a new car I thought I purchased without worrying about any dangerous defects that would effect my family in the car. I have purchased only Toyota’s since 2002 and dealt with many service advisors but Jaime is really a no hassle get what you need done service advisor whom I highly recommend and Westbury has the best mechanics . More

Brenda Garcia Sandoval helped immediately set me up with a mechanic to explain and adjust some computer settings. She was professional, friendly, and made my visit quick and easy. The mechanic also was very helpful in showing me how to manage many of the computer settings on the car. More

They didn’t try to upsell us or introduce us to a more expensive car, we came for the green CH-R & we left happily with a clean and fresh green CH-R. He even took our three year old leased Nissan Juke to back to Nissan after we specifically promised on that day. So everything went well & I can’t recommend these guys enough. I assure you, they didn’t pay me to say any of this. If they have your model car, you’ll get it and for a decent price. Thanks again guys! More

I’ve been to several dealerships who thought they cou As a young female and first time buyer I felt intimidated when it came to looking for a new car. I’ve been to several dealerships who thought they could pull one over on me EXCEPT when I came to toyota and spoke with Ramon Nunez! He made my mother and I feel extremely comfortable, especially after having extremely horrible experiences with Westbury Toyota before. We didn’t plan on even renewing with Toyota but were looking at other dealers. Ramon was always 100% with us and up front about every single cost that would come to our expense and took his time in ensuring we understood the “fine print” of purchasing a car. Not once did I feel intimidated or vulnerable, but rather I felt respected as a young consumer. Ramon worked with our budget and found us the best prices available with all fees included. He ensured we would love our car and we definitely did! We loved it so much that we decided on getting not one, but TWO cars that day. Ramon spent almost the entire day with us at the dealership and even skipped his lunch after future problems arose later on with a department outside his control. He then went above and beyond what’s expected of a salesman and negotiated on our behalf after the finance department would not work with the established and agreed upon cost. Instead of becoming irritated or annoyed, he simply took his time and calmed us down to help mediate the situation. 5 STARS FOR RAMON! Only giving 2 stars instead of 5 due to the financial department not being up front about all their “fees” and unlisted “terms” causing us to not only be riddled with extreme stress and anxiety, but also wanting to end the entire deal and walk away to another dealership. This dealership likes to charge extra "required fees" in order to make bank. If not for Ramon saving the day, my family and I would have not only been blatantly lied to, but we would have walked away with no deal. Make sure you don't allow the finance dept. and management to overcharge you and stay firm on your negotiations. If not for Ramon we would have cut ties with this dealership after 7 years of bad experiences, from selling us a damaged vehicle to verbally insulting us for our 'negligence' to inspect our own vehicle before leaving the lot. Thank you to Ramon for being a man of integrity and understanding in a business full of frauds. More
