Purchasing vehicle I was looking for Nissan Pathfinder between 2012-2016. I checked market place off Facebook to see what dealer has best offer. I went Chevy in Bayshore and South Shore Nissan, Customer service were excellent. Since my Mother-in-law lives Westbury area, I said to myself let make this dealership last stop before make a decision. I regretted stopping at the location, my first observation when I walked through the door, the salesman dress code wasn’t on point. I said to my mother the environment doesn’t feel right. I pursued in a gentleman greeted us, explained to him what we are looking for, he sat us at his desk gave us run down. I briefly explained to him we’ve been to several location for good car, quality mean a lot to us.. Couple we saw before has some cosmetic issues. He quickly turned us with no further questions. I asked him to see the sales manager. He went and came back to get us to see him at his office. I don’t know what the salesman told him Sales Manager (Scott Baer), he started insulting us by asking “ what the xxxx do I want from him I’m wasting his time to get out of his office” I asked him is everything okay, I didn’t to ask a question you started insulting me. He replied again “get out”. I politely asked for business he replied “I doesn’t have one “. When insisted, he grabbed his business car and threw on the counter. Maybe was having a bad day, he needs to know how to control his temper. Whether it would take Mark Feuer( General Manager) or Lens Stoler(Owner)to send him for behavior training or I’ll let them decide. I hope I’m only customer that went through unpleasant experience something need to be done about this guy behavior. More

Amanda Dilauro - excellent service provider Amanda Dilauro was the service provider for my last few visits to Toyota Service. She is thorough and responds promptly. Recently I had trouble with my Sienna minivan and brought it in to check. They found that squirrels had built a nest in my engine and had eaten away some of the wires, the intake hose and the engine insulation layer. I couldn’t believe it! And she took pictures to show me. The techinicians repaired it and I brought the car home. The next day the same warning lights appears on the dashboard. I spoke with Amanda and she said it would be unsafe for me to drive the car with the engine check light on and told me to bring the car in as soon as possible. She even provided a rental car for me. the technicians found the same problem! She went above and beyond and sent me pictures and a video clipping of the new damage. She provided a reasonable repair quote and estimate of when the work would be completed. Amanda Dilauro provided excellent service. She was responsive, took care of my concern and provided valuable information. More importantly she showed concern for her client. More
